We are very excited about this merger and look forward to providing care to our patients at 2 locations -- one in Southpark and the other in Ballantyne. An important part of our growth centers around providing more wellness based services, such as medically directed weight loss. Our vein center will offer advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities including detailed ultrasound evaluations, ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy and endovenous closures.
